Two Birmingham businesses form new strategic partnership to elevate success
Two Birmingham based businesses - Clover HR and Make More Noise - have formed a new strategic partnership to help one another achieve their commercial objectives and resulting business success.
Headquartered in Worcestershire with regional offices in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, Clover HR is fast-becoming one of the Midland’s leading HR consultancies, working with over 110 SMEs from across the region.
Specialising in PR and Communications, Make More Noise prides itself on delivering strategic media relations and personal profiling activity – enabling disruptor brands and business leaders to increase awareness, establish authority and drive resulting growth.
In forming a new strategic partnership, the Make More Noise team will now deliver a proactive PR strategy for Clover HR, continuing to build awareness of the brand while showcasing the knowledge and expertise of Group Managing Director, Michael Doolin, and his fast-growing team.
In contrast, Clover HR has been appointed by Make More Noise to support business growth and development by representing its HR function and enabling the agency to build on its already high performing team with focused recruitment activity.
Discussing the new working relationship, Michael Doolin, Founder and CEO of Clover HR, said: “Clover HR has achieved impressive growth in recent years – where in the last 12 months we have successfully increased market share, while exceeding the £1 million turnover bracket.
With ambitious plans to more than double revenue within the next 12 – 24 months, we have appointed Make More Noise to help increase awareness of the brand and ensure we are both positioned and perceived as the ‘go to’ HR consultancy within target industry and regional markets. We now look forward to working with Hannah and the team, while also facilitating their own growth through both HR and recruitment support.“
Operating to high standards of excellence, Clover HR is ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials accredited and boasts a proven track record of retained support and specialist HR services, such as business change, employee relations and recruitment.
Hannah Haffield, Founder and Managing Director of Make More Noise, added: “We are delighted to have formed a new strategic partnership with Clover HR, and have already set to work in showcasing the team’s impressive knowledge and expertise through strategic and impactful PR activity.
Conversely, we are excited for Michael and the team to support our own growth objectives, as we look to acquire new talent and become one the Midlands’ leading PR and Communications agencies.“
Established in 2015, Make More Noise has honed a market niche in delivering strategic PR activity for high-growth disruptor brands - with clients including juice, Toikido and Climb Online.
