Peter Leach, Chairman BDO Centre for Family Business and Philip Mackeown, Director of Musgrave Group Ireland will discuss leadership issues facing family businesses in the 21st century. Peter Leach has over 25 years of experience advising owner-managed businesses on a broad range of commercial, financial, organisational and strategic matters and is one of the UK’s leading experts on the family owned business. He has worked with some of the largest UK and international families, dealing with issues ranging from succession, strategy and pay & benefits to acting as a non-executive Board Member. Philip Mackeown has held several positions within the Musgrave empire since joining his family’s firm in 1991. He is a member of the education committee for the Musgrave Family Business Programme and is a member of Family Firms International (FFI).
