Law firm expands

A NORTH East solicitors firm which specialises in residential lettings is expanding, with the opening of a new office in Teesside.

The Letting Group (TLG), which already has offices in Darlington, Sunderland and South Shields, has just opened new premises on Yarm Lane in Stockton.

It will cover Stockton, Ingleby Barwick, Middlesbrough, Wynyard, Thornaby and the surrounding areas. Set up in 2005, TLG is a solicitors firm which specialises in lettings, making it unique in the region.

Kevin Studholme, who founded TLG with Christopher Mackay, said: “This is a very positive step for our business.

Teesside was the natural place for us to grow, because there are more and more properties in Teesside, and we chose Stockton because it is perfectly situated in the middle of our catchment area.

TLG already has clients in Ingleby Barwick area, including landlord Richard Atkins who said he was very impressed with the way TLG helped him to market and let his semi-detached property.
