Yorkshire firm taps into the region

A Yorkshire maintenance company - which has increased its sales from £2m to £8m inside three years - is expanding rapidly across the North East of England thanks to a £600,000 funding package.

FSH Maintenance Ltd has reportedly taken on new premises in Newcastle and Hull and is aiming to expand its geographical coverage right across the region and the North West.

Working with properties damaged by incidents such as fires and floods, FSH said it has the majority of insurance companies and loss adjusters within its client portfolio.

Managing director Ian Wood, said: “Since FSH Maintenance was established our mission has been to be the preferred supplier to loss adjusters and other insurance claim handlers within Yorkshire and the North East.

“The extension of our blueprint allows us to expand our business aspirations further afield and offer our services to a wider client base.

The business specialises in the repair, building and refurbishment of domestic and commercial properties suffering from the effects of damage associated with events such as fire and flood.“
