Housing Developer expands North East reach
A Yorkshire-based housing developer is expanding its North East team with the creation of several new jobs.
Keepmoat Homes new staff will help to launch and sell homes at the 10 new sites planned for this financial year 2011/2012.
The news marks the second wave of recruits in as many weeks as the firm recently appointed two regional sales managers to help meet the demand of the company’s growing development portfolio.
Julie Prendergast, regional sales managers, Keepmoat Homes, said: “These are really exciting times for Keepmoat Homes as the company expands and starts building in new areas.
The past few years have been a real challenge for the industry, but confidence slowly seems to be returning to the market and interest in new homes is increasing. “
The new home sales executives will be responsible for managing their designated sales office and show homes.
In addition they will be required to meet sales targets and make suggestions on marketing and sales promotions specific to their sites.
The firm already has operating sites in Tyneside and Teesside with three new sites to be announced soon.
She added: “We are confident that the new members of our sales team will play their part in helping to take the company forward.”
