Lincolnshire property company scoop prestigious awards
Lincoln based property company, Mundys are celebrating following their award for best letting agency in the country, at The UK Property Awards.
It is the fourth year in a row that the firm have been honoured at the awards, having taken home the title for best estate agency in Lincolnshire on each previous occasion.
Simon Bentley, Partner at Mundys, said: “We’re delighted to have won both of the categories that we were nominated in this year, and it’s fantastic and unique to have won in both the sales and lettings categories.
“We strive to deliver the best possible service to our customers and to improve year upon year despite the challenging market conditions and these awards are testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff.”
Mundys will now go on to compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, Arabia, the Americas and Europe to determine the world’s best in each category.
Those winners will be announced at a grand gala presentation dinner at the Savoy Hotel, London in December.
The International Property Awards are now in their 17th year, and have become recognised as the highest standard of excellence throughout the global property industry.
80 property industry professionals make up the judging panel, which this year included David Dalby of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Mike McNamara of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
