The North East Leadership & Management Advisory Service run by NBSL provides funding for eligible organisations whose leaders need support to enable them to develop their management capabilities and grow their businesses. If you:

- Employ between 2 – 249 people

- Run a private sector company or social enterprise

- Undertake the majority of your trading in the business to business arena

- Have aspirations for growth over the next three years

Then you may be eligible for up to £1,000 of funding support from the programme, matched by a contribution from your business.
