Agile Networks gain KVH CSN Status

Agile Networks Director Paul Jones has just returned from a KVH training course in Denmark which resulted in Agile becoming part of the KVH Certified Support Network.

The 2 day course in Copenhagen was centred on KVH’s latest product, the Trackvision HD11 antenna. This is the latest antenna in the Trackvision range which sees the company adding a truly worldwide capable TV antenna to their range. The product has only recently been released and Paul was one of a select few that were lucky enough to have a look at one of the first HD11 units in Europe. Agile’s capability within the Marine Satellite and Communication sector was enhanced even further as the attendees of the course were given the opportunity to carry out a mock installation.

“The whole experience has been brilliant” says Paul. “KVH are a very forward thinking company with a great product portfolio. The HD11 further enhances their position as a world leader in their field and we are very excited to be working with them.”

Now that Agile engineers have completed the training course in Denmark, it means that Agile Networks are now part of the KVH Certified Support Network for the HD11 models, as well as the V3 and V7 products.

Paul Jones is hoping that Agile Networks can now build on the relationship with KVH and continue to develop the company into the fully-established global company it harbours ambitions of. “For several years now we’ve been operating in all parts of the world however we are looking to develop the business to the next level and hopefully this achievement with KVH will support our push further in the right direction.”

Only last year Agile Networks secured a contract with an International Marine Survey company to provide them with a test V7 3 axis on one of their vessels. They are very impressed with the performance so far and have asked us to look into the possibility of supplying a further 5 vessels with V7 3 axis antennas as well as the HD11. “Now that we have received training from KVH for the new HD11 systems, we can look to carry out these installations as soon as our customer is ready.”
