New One City West office space

CBRE’s Leeds Office Agency team has been instructed to market 10,000sq ft of office accommodation at One City West on City West Office Park where a refurbishment programme is also underway by firm’s Building Consultancy team.

Situated to the West of Leeds city centre overlooking Junction 1 of the M621 motorway, One City West also has the benefits of a Premier Inn Hotel and Refuel Coffee Shop on site and the White Rose Shopping Centre is within a short drive.

Senior Surveyor at CBRE Leeds, Alex Hailey, said; “We are really pleased to be marketing One City West. The current refurbishment programme to the common parts and ground floor offices, plus an installation of a 4 metre high mural, will further enhance this already superb offering in a prominent location.”

The refurbishment works are due for completion by the end of April 2012.
