CBRE Completes £1.25M HQ Acquisition
Acting on behalf of Suon Industrials, the Industrial Investment team at CBRE in Sheffield has acquired the 22,526sq ft Baris House Headquarter building in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottingham for £1.25M, reflecting a net initial yield of 8.7%.
Baris House is the Headquarters of the Baris Group who have approximately 12 years left on their lease. The property is situated on Nunn Brook Road in Sutton in Ashfield, close to Junction 28 of the M1 motorway in a location that is widely regarded as a prime warehouse/distribution hub.
Roger Haworth, Senior Director at CBRE Sheffield said; “The investment acquisition of Baris House represented an excellent opportunity for the client to acquire a signature, Headquarter building with good quality long-term income from a very strong tenant, Baris Group.”
