New Head of Business Technology Consulting at Waterstons

Business and IT Consultancy Waterstons has appointed Susan Bell in the newly created role of Head of Business Technology Consulting.

Susan has a wealth of experience from previous senior roles with global financial services firm UBS AG as well as previous appointments at First Direct and Prescription Pricing Authority. Her career spans 19 years during which she has developed skills in software development, Program and Project Management, IT Management, Systems Selection and IT Strategy.

Susan will lead Waterstons’ Business Technology Consulting Team as they help customers to improve business performance through the use of technology. She will also be responsible for the continuous improvements within Waterstons Project Management Office.

Mike Waterston, Managing Director of Waterstons commented, “We are delighted that Susan is joining the team, she will bring an added dimension of experience and ability to the company and raise our level of competence in Project Management.”
