TEMP-TEAM sets sail up stream to a brighter

Recruitment business TEMP-TEAM has expanded into a larger HQ and branch from Milburn House, Newcastle, to Gateshead’s Metro Riverside.

The move follows what has been a period of expansion and is integral to the anticipated growth as it enters a number of new markets including the construction industry and specialist semi-skilled roles which will expand on its existing expertise in Industrial, Commercial and Technical recruitment.

Being so close to the Metro Centre ensures the premises are easily accessed by candidates and clients due to the excellent transport links on the doorstep.

The move will also coincide with the installation of a brand new integrated IT system Company-wide that will ensure a much slicker process both externally and internally.

Newcastle branch manager Sam Robinson said: “Our clients and candidates are always our top priority and it is very important for us to have premises that reflect our culture and that are comfortable, professional and easily accessible.

“We want our candidates to enjoy their experience when they come to register with us, and with that in mind we have created a very comfortable and modern reception area, along with spacious and private interview rooms and a comfortable skills testing room. Every candidate will be made to feel welcome and important as we pride ourselves on offering a high level of service to our candidates as well as our clients.

“We would also encourage our clients to utilise our facilities more by holding off-site interviews from their premises, and we also welcome them to use our office or meeting facilities if they have a requirement. Our new office is much better equipped to do this.

“Having a strong focus on health and wellbeing, and having recently achieved an Investor in People Bronze Award for Health and Wellbeing, the decision to move to the new premises was heavily focused around the experience it could bring to our internal employees such as the relaxing al fresco dining area for summer days, a café on-site and a modern gym with great facilities as well being a very comfortable, modern and professional place to work.”
