The NotiFind system provides a fast and reliable solution to help organisations keep in contact with staff, customers and shareholders during a crisis or unplanned disruption.
Commenting on the Awards, Keith Tilley, Managing Director UK & Executive Vice President Europe, SunGard Availability Services, said: “We are delighted to have received global recognition within the disaster recovery and business continuity industry. The DRI International Commission award and our appearance on the shortlist of so many titles at this year’s BC Awards demonstrates a tangible vote of confidence in our ability to service our customers despite these depressed times of austerity measures, civil unrest and heightened economic challenges. It is a reflection of the hard work, commitment and focus SunGard places on helping our customers’ fulfill their needs for high quality business resilience.”
The industry recognition builds upon SunGard’s impressive and unprecedented track record of being the only eight times winner of the Business Continuity Service Provider of the Year Award. 2011 saw SunGard invest heavily in both maintaining and developing its market leading infrastructure. Key milestones included the launch of its Enterprise Cloud Services, innovative Dedicated Virtualised Workplace Recovery and expansion into India and across its European locations.
