Appointment for housebuilder Linden Homes brings sales success
Award-winning house builder Linden Homes, the housing division of Galliford Try has announced the appointment of a sales manager to its North East sites.
Christine Douglas, from Peterlee, brings over twenty years of housing sales experience to the role, and holds responsibility for sales and marketing at both of Linden Homes’ developments in the region, at Howden Green in Howden Le Wear, County Durham and Centurion Park at Haltwhistle, Northumberland.Since taking up her position with Linden Homes, Christine has been responsible for a dramatic increase in sales, already proving her suitability for the role.
Commenting on her appointment, she said:
“I am very pleased to have joined Linden Homes, which offers niche developments of select housing and I hope I will continue to make significant improvements to sales in what is currently a difficult housing market. I am confident that I will be able to contribute towards the future success of Linden Homes as it makes its mark in the North East. ’
Speaking of the new appointment, Mark Wilson, Linden Homes North East regeneration director, said:
“Christine’s years of experience and proven track record in new build housing will be of great benefit to Linden Homes. Her skills and knowledge of the sector have been highly evident to date, achieving a considerable number of sales at our Howden Green site since taking up her appointment.
“Christine is dedicated to finding the right purchasing incentive for all potential buyers and works conscientiously to meet their needs.” Linden Homes is currently developing its second phase of houses at Centurion Park, Haltwhistle.
