New home and investment for expanding company
Recruitment business Zenith People has moved into a new home on Monkton Business Park in Hebburn. The company, which specialises in recruiting staff for the Industrial and Commercial sectors, spent 10 years at the Eco Centre on the outskirts of Jarrow before moving to the new business park in 2012.
The park, which is located in Hebburn between the A19 and A1, is home to some of the region’s major players including Kier North East, Siemens, HM Plant, Robertson Construction and Ford Component Manufacturing.
Angela Anderson, Managing Director at Zenith People commented:
“The last 12 months have been great for Zenith, we’ve taken on a lot of new Clients which has allowed us to expand our team and service offering. Being able to move into our own brand new building has been the icing on the cake.”
Zenith’s new home was an empty shell when the company moved in and has had £50,000 worth of investment to get it fit for purpose.
Mrs Anderson continued:
“We’re an interactive business with Clients and Candidates coming and going from our offices on a regular basis and as such we needed an environment which could accommodate this. We now have a building which is fit for our needs with interview rooms, meeting rooms and a break room for our staff.
It’s taken a great deal of planning, effort and investment but now we’re finally in our own home we’re confident we can go from strength to strength and build on the successes of the last 12 months“.
Zenith People have had lots to celebrate over the last year after winning large contracts to supply Bridon Ropes and Faerch Plast UK who have created over 100 new jobs for the region.
