Lettings company uses unique technology

A Tyneside company had developed a unique £150,000 software system to provide a state-of-the-art service to its clients.

Concierge Lettings has been launched to manage high end and exclusive properties across the North East, after the completion of a three year project to create its specialised on-line system.

The company, which has this week opened its offices atForth Street,Newcastle, has created eight jobs and is already attracting interest from a number of landlords who are already benefiting from their properties being managed in this way.

The on-line, automated Concierge ITrack system means that landlords are constantly kept in the loop about their properties including when rents have been paid, when repairs need carrying out and when required certification is up for renewal.

They are able to log on at any time and see an up-to-date report on either an individual property or their portfolio, with the ability for any issues to be immediately resolved.

“What this service offers is a clear, transparent and precise record of everything concerned with a property, 24 hours a day, 365 day a year,” said Kayleigh Noble of Concierge Lettings.

“We believe that there is no other system in use which is so efficient and makes life painless for anyone in the rentals market.

“Landlords are able to track all the activities relating to their property in an efficient and user friendly way.

“The aim with Concierge Lettings is to use the expertise our team has gathered running Let Ultimate and, coupled with the new technology, provide a unique service which any experienced landlord or someone entering the rental market for the first time, will find invaluable,” said Kayleigh.

“We have taken into account when creating the ITrack system the comments made by landlords about what they would want and expect from a property management company and we believe that we fulfil that need.”
