Aspire Partners with Gordon Brown Law Firm

North East managed services provider Aspire Technology Solutions is celebrating a significant contract win with one of the region’s leading law firms.

Gateshead-based Aspire has been appointed by Gordon Brown Law Firm LLP to provide reliable internet connectivity and increased bandwidth, telephony lines and calls and a full IT support contract. Over the next 12 months, Aspire will also work with the firm on a consultancy basis as the business progresses further IT enhancements.

Of the contract win, Paul Beat, Sales Executive for Aspire, said: “We initially started working with Gordon Brown because they were experiencing reliability issues with their internet service. Their ADSL line was repeatedly going down so we have replaced this with an EFM circuit. This is essentially a high speed internet connection offering significantly increased bandwidth and a guaranteed level of service.

“We also analysed the firm’s lines and call charges and were able to offer substantial savings so they have migrated across to us. Meanwhile, from August we will provide full time IT support covering both hardware and software across the firm’s two offices, thereby ensuring that business critical systems run without incident.

“Gordon Brown is a well-known name within the North East region so we are delighted to be their chosen service provider and I look forward to a long and rewarding partnership with the firm moving forward.”
