Newcastle recruitment specialists expand

A Newcastle-based specialist recruitment business is marking its first major phase of growth by taking on new city centre premises, as it continues its expansion within the North East and beyond.

Drayton Partners recruitment consultancy has relocated to a newly refurbished contemporary office within Newcastle’s burgeoning City Quadrant, to cater for the firm’s increasing number of employees, alongside its growing national and international client base.

Established in 2010, the company provides bespoke senior management recruitment solutions to the food and drink, consumer goods and retail sectors and counts high profile brands such as Marks and Spencer, Warburton’s, Boots and Florette amongst its client portfolio.

Founding partner of Drayton Partners Rob Seery said: “We have enjoyed an excellent two years of trading and our performance has exceeded all our forecasts. We operate across all of the key disciplines; including finance, manufacturing, sales and marketing. This breadth of experience will also allow us to further grow our North East proposition, which has always been a strategic goal.

“By autumn 2012 we plan to have six employees and over the next three years we aim to double our workforce.”
