Digital agency revolutionises client care
A North East web firm has successfully won a significant contract to dramatically improve the efficiency and productivity of a well-established manufacturing company.
Yarm-based digital agency dotUK secured the £14,000 contract with window and door manufacturer H Jarvis, based in Marske.
The contract, which is being fully managed by dotUK, includes building a client care system for H Jarvis over a three-month period and then continuing to provide the Company with on-going web support.
With dotUK’s help, H Jarvis will be able to optimise and streamline its processes by ensuring all issues are grouped together, allowing each fitter to work more efficiently. The Company’s clients will also benefit from the system as they can log in to view updates on their own cases.
dotUK will provide a quicker and more productive web service, which will also enable the firm to use mobile applications, intranet and desktop software in the future.
Andy Flisher, founder of dotUK, said: “To win this contract with H Jarvis is very exciting for us. We are proud to be working with such a reputable company and delivering a service that not many web firms provide.
“This project will be an excellent showcase for our business web software framework – which allows for integration without the need for other cloud systems – as well as the mobile applications that we also develop. I would like to thank Business Enterprise North East for their funding support.”
Dave Glendinning, managing director of H Jarvis, said: “We are really happy to be working alongside dotUK and receiving its ongoing support with these new developments.
“We are looking forward to seeing the end result and the positive impact this will have on our company.”
dotUK’s services include web design, mobile app development, web-based software solutions, hosting and virtualisation.
