HMResidential Progressive Company Proud to Support ABCurry Club
The progressive property solutions company HM Residential are supporting the hugely popular ABCurry Club 5.30pm on 13th September at Excelsior Academy. The event which focuses on Anti-Social Behaviour - The Good, The Bad and The ABC. is already nearly sold out. On the evening keynote speakers included Police and Crime Commissioner candidate Phil Butler, Your Homes Newcastle’s John Lee and Nick Dodgson, ABC’s board member and former Police Area Commander Allan Curry, all joined by members of Excelsior staff and pupils.
HM Residential are property management solution providers. Having been established for a number of years they have the expertise and experience to help anyone requiring private rented assistance. They were exceptionally keen to support this particular ABCurry Club as they have introduced a Social Behaviour Charter across all the properties the manage. Anisha Malik Senior Manager at HM residential said “ We have a very good relationship with all of our customers, ensuring they understand the value and importance of being a good tenant and neighbour. We introduced a good community member scheme, where customers are rewarded for maintaining the property in a good manner and being a good neighbour. There is far too much focus on the negative aspects in property management, and whilst we fully enforce our agreements where anti-social behaviour occurs, our main focus is on recognising and rewarding positive behaviour.“
Anisha went on to say that “We are active and proud members of Asian Business Connexions (ABC) and attend all of the unique and interesting events, but when we heard of this event at the Excelsior Academy with the great line up of speakers, we wanted to support and showcase our industry led services.”
The HM Residential management team recently appointed independent auditors to undertake a branch and root review of the services they deliver. Unsurprisingly the auditors found HM Residential to provide a consistently high level of professional customer service. This service led approach ensures that all of the services delivered by HM Residential are guaranteed by their customer charter.
The auditors interviewed a number of existing and past tenants and landlords and once again they found that the vast majority had an “excellent experience”. Even the rare customer that had cause to complain felt that the complaint was dealt with in a customer focused manner, and that individual still continues to use and promote HM Residential’s services.
As industry specialists and experts, HM residential know how to manage property for optimum performance and return, whilst ensuring smooth running tenancies, and compliance with the various landlord/tenant laws. Covering the whole of the North East, a tailored and customer focused service is consistently provided. They can cater from one property to a multi-property portfolio and have a waiting list of vetted tenants, their property management package starts at a hugely competitive 5%.
