New Volunteer Officers ready for action
Northumberland Wildlife Trust has appointed 7 new Volunteer Officers to work across the whole organisation; it is something the wildlife charity has wanted to do for a while but it is only now it is able to put the idea into place.
Duncan Hoyle, Ray Atkinson, Matt Fitch and Lee Rankin are the new Volunteer Estates Officers, whilst Laura Thompson is the Volunteer Admin Officer, Naomi Repper the Volunteer Conservation Officer and Lyndsey Graham has joined the People & Wildlife Team as Volunteer People & Wildlife Officer.
Each new Volunteer Officer will work with the Trust at least two days per week, for a minimum period of 6 months, on a variety of projects whilst at the same time gaining an insight into how it operates.
