We are Investors in People Champions!
We were really pleased to see so many of our local Champions at our annual Peer 2 Peer network meeting which took place in Leeds last week.
Investors in People Champions represent some of the most experienced and committed Investors in People in the region – all working to raise awareness of the framework, share best practice and actively support the framework’s continued success.
As the official partner for Investors in People Centre in the North of England, idg is committed to supporting our regional Champions in their roles – which was what the event was all about!
Offering the opportunity to meet with other Champions, the Peer 2 Peer annual network meeting gave the Champion delegates the chance to feedback on their experiences so far and also explore ideas for future activities.
The meeting also included a development session around NLP and the neurological levels of change to help Champions in their mentoring roles – and it certainly provided food for thought!
Following the event, we will be working with our local Champions to continue promoting Investors in People and the benefits of the framework to organisations across the region – including new case studies, mentoring opportunities, events and other activities.

Thank you again to all of the Champions working with idg across the North of England, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man – your support of the framework and other organisations across the region is fantastic and much appreciated!
