Eutechnyx nominated as TIGA Awards Finalists
Eutechnyx, the Gateshead based independent driving game developer, has been nominated as a finalist in the TIGA Games Industry Awards 2012.
TIGA, the trade body of the UK Games Industry has announced the finalists for their inaugural Games Industry Awards . Eutechnyx has been shortlisted for its game Auto Club Revolution in the social category, as voted by the development community.
Getting through to the final is a massive achievement for Auto Club Revolution, the free-to-play online racing game. The prestigious awards focuses on the best games the UK’s games industry has to offer and also awards developers highlighting best practice and long-term innovation.
Christoph Vietzke, Executive Producer Auto Club Revolution said:
“Making it through to the finals of our category is a huge honour. Auto Club Revolution is taking online racing games to a new level, offering racing fans and car enthusiasts a common platform. We are proud to see that the game is being recognised in the industry and awarded for its achievements. This is only the beginning, there are plenty of exciting projects coming live in the coming weeks and months, with Auto Clubs becoming a reality and more and more content for single player and multiplayer mode.”
The TIGA Games Industry Awards 2012 will be held on Thursday 1st November 2012 at The Assembly Rooms in Bath.
