European summit changes the face of cross-border payroll
Payroll experts from 27 European countries met in Germany last week to refine a service model which will change the face of HR and payroll delivery across Europe. The six partners who comprise the Payroll Services Alliance have developed a unique offering which delivers unified, cost-effective, customer-focussed HR and payroll solutions across Europe.
Payroll Services Alliance UK partner Cintra HR & Payroll Services, renowned for its exceptional customer service and award winning software, is delighted to be a part of this exciting development: Not many International payroll teams can offer cross country reporting, exceptional service and a single Service Level Agreement across 27 countries in Europe.
The International Team at Cintra offer a service that goes above and beyond that of a standard payroll function. Adopting almost a consultancy role, they work in partnership with each client to meet their specific geographical requirement. This includes help and assistance in areas such as: Contracts/employment law; Setting up the company with HMRC; E101 exceptions and split income across countries; explaining UK legislation and comparing with host country; and Payroll simulation.
Cintra have already seen an influx of 56 new clients seeking to benefit from this unique service offering.
CEO, Carsten Staehr is immensely proud of the international team at Cintra: “The team is able to take on board the specific needs of each client and guide them through the process with the minimum of fuss, irrespective of the complexities involved and the added complications of language issues. I’m delighted to say that they have been shortlisted for International Team of the Year in the Payroll World Awards to be held in London next month. To win the award would be the cherry on the cake, but to be shortlisted alone is recognition of the tremendous service the team offers”.
