Marketing expert to put law firm on map

Developing 21stcentury marketing campaigns for one of the region’s longest established law firms has tempted an experienced marketer to join Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors.

Victoria Cornfield has joined Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors as the firm’s new Marketing Executive. Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors is one of the Tees Valley’s longest established law firms, dating back to 1841.

Victoria said: “The challenge is to market an established regional firm at a time when getting the marketing right for law firms is vital, as they face competition from national brands with big advertising budgets. Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors is keen to move with the times, embracing online marketing and social media, and using different ideas to connect with people and businesses across the North East. I’m enjoying working with a company that understands the value of marketing and is open to new ideas.”

Victoria, 33, lives in Marton, Middlesbrough with her husband and two young children. She has an International Tourism Management degree from Leeds Metropolitan University, which led to her working for Visit Tees Valley for eight years, most recently as Marketing Manager. She is now returning to work following a short career break when her second child was born.

Away from work, Victoria enjoys live music, travel and spending time with her family.
