CBRE appointed on West One, 100 Wellington St
The Office Agency Team at CBRE Leeds has been appointed as joint agent on West One, 100 Wellington Street, which now forms part of the wider West One Estate following the recent acquisition of the property by client Bruntwood. In the acquisition the CBRE Investment Team represented the vendor, Aberdeen.
Bruntwood has recently completed a comprehensive Grade A refurbishment of the office space including a brand new contemporary reception. West One now provides 32,000 sq ft of additional prime office accommodation offering suites from 500 sq ft.
The CBRE team has also just completed its first deal, securing a 1,600sq ft letting to TD Travel and is also under offer with another customer for a similar sized letting.
Alex Hailey, Senior Surveyor at CBRE Leeds, said; “The refurbishment and development of West One is a really exciting prospect for the Leeds city centre office market. There is currently a real lack of top quality Grade A accommodation for smaller suites and we are confident that West One will successfully fill this void. The early letting to TD Travel and advanced interest demonstrates the appeal of the accommodation.”
CBRE is acting with DTZ as joint agent on West One.
