National award nomination for Analox's customer service
A company-wide emphasis on continuous improvement to its customer service has earned Analox Ltd another nomination in a national award.
Analox Ltd has been named as a finalist in the Customer Feedback Strategy Award at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, organised annually by the Institute of Customer Service. The category is open to companies that have implemented a customer feedback strategy which has led to improvements in customer satisfaction and performance.
Mark Lewis, Managing Director of Analox Ltd, said: “This is an area of our business that we are looking constantly to improve, and we have entered these awards to gain feedback on how our customer service compares to that of others, and where we can make improvements. We’re thrilled to be category finalists. We have worked extensively to invite feedback from our customers, which is then comprehensively reviewed inhouse, so that we can analyse our ongoing performance and any emerging trends.”
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards will take place at Lancaster London on 26th February, 2013.
This award nomination follows Analox Ltd’s success in the Best Factory Awards 2012, organised by Cranfield School of Management. Analox was the only Yorkshire firm to be named as a finalist in this year’s awards, and, at the finals in October, won the Health and Safety Award, and was awarded Highly Commended in the Innovation category.
Analox Sensor Technology Ltd is based in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, and specialises in the design and manufacture of gas analysers for military and commercial use.
