Santa joins the Transport Revolution

The team that brought you the “Transport Revolution” are now bringing you free coffee to brighten up your day and spread some festive cheer. North East travel company, Network One Travel Tickets, recently launched a campaign, urging people in the North East to “join the transport revolution”, leaving the car at home and using public transport to get around using the multi-model Anytime ticket.

In a special Christmas promotion Santa Claus joins the campaign with the headline “sleigh the rising cost of Christmas” and on Friday 30th November and Saturday 1st December, a team of Santa’s helpers, including Rover the Dog, will be in locations in Newcastle and Sunderland giving away free hot drinks as well as advice on the cheapest travel passes. As a special offer there is also 10% off selected Network One travel tickets for people who buy between 28th November 2012 and 1st January 2013.

If you want to meet the team and grab a free coffee or hot chocolate you’ll catch Rover and friends in the following locations:

Friday 30th November- Newcastle City Centre Northumberland Street (North end) Saturday 1st December- Sunderland City Centre High St West Hot drinks will be served from 10am until they run out!
