Can you believe it’s that time of year again?! With winter well and truly here, holidays and New Year to look forward to, it is certainly gearing up to be a busy time.
So we hope our daily ’12 Tips of Christmas’ make it that little bit easier and also helps you to make the most of the brand new start of another year – happy holidays!
Tip 4: Remember your customers. It is easy to get whipped up into holiday fever and the never-ending to do list of things to be accomplished before any time off – never mind the Christmas shopping list!
But it is worth bearing in mind that you might be on your customer’s to do list too and not everyone has an extended closure over the holidays. Make sure you keep your customers in mind – informing them of your holiday hours and when you will be back and able to respond. Social media and website updates are a great way to do this.
The end of the year is also a great time to gather some feedback on how your customers have experienced your services over the last 12 months and offer you some ideas of how to improve in the year ahead.
