New finance director appointed to spearhead expansion

Karol Marketing Group, the successful PR and marketing firm, has further expanded its team with the appointment of a new finance director who will be overseeing the opening of new offices in London and Manchester.

Kellie-Jo Huntley joins the team with a wealth of knowledge in accounting and finance. With over eighteen years experience, Kellie-Jo is responsible for developing the company’s strategic focus together with the managing director.

Karol Marketing Group has seen significant growth in 2012 through both new client wins and increased marketing spend from existing clients.

With staff already in place the company is due to officially open a new office in London in February this year enabling it to offer increased client support to those operating out of the city, as well as allowing it to capitalise on associated new business opportunities.

Kellie-Jo previously spent thirteen years at strategic outsourcing and energy services company, MITIE, where she held the position of regional audit manager; she later joined Howard Russell Construction as finance manager where she was responsible for the supervision of all office processes and performance. Her varied operational experience and business skills will be of benefit to Karol and bring further structure and organisation to this fast expanding PR and marketing agency.

Speaking of her appointment Kellie-Jo said: “I’m thrilled with my new position at Karol, and it is great to join the company at the brink of expansion and look forward to the challenges of this exciting period of growth.”

Karol Marketing Group is retained by a wide range of businesses operating nationally and internationally. The company provides public relations, design, marketing and web related services to its clients.
