Aspire retains ISO 9001 certification
North East managed services provider Aspire Technology Solutions is pleased to announce that it has successfully retained its ISO 9001 Quality Management certification for a further 12 months.
Gateshead-based Aspire was first presented with the internationally-recognised accreditation last year but in order to retain it, has recently undergone a stringent audit process carried out by an independent external evaluator.
Following the review, Aspire has successfully held on to the rare distinction which is only awarded to companies that can meet strict regulations for quality management systems. The BS EN ISO 9001 certification recognises those organisations that demonstrate highly effective business processes, commitment to continuous quality improvement and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Of Aspire’s achievement, Bill Robson, Operations Manager said: “We have always aimed to provide exceptional service in the way that we conduct our business and retaining the ISO 9001 certification will provide existing and new customers with independent verification of this.
“It reiterates the lengths that Aspire will go to in order to ensure the highest quality of products and services delivered and proves that we have the resources, facilities and capabilities needed to consistently deliver the high quality that customers expect.”
