New appointment boosts Nexus' market reach

Team enhanced with new Marketing and Sales Director

Nexus Vehicle Rental has appointed a new Marketing and Sales Director to reinforce its position as a market leader, further developing its strategy for growth and driving business development in 2013 and beyond. Chris Davies joins Nexus with over a decade of experience in the automotive sector and has a professional background which has been coloured with much commercial success.

Previously Marketing Director at contract hire provider Arval, Chris brings an in-depth comprehension and awareness of the sector, invaluable to Nexus’ continuing business expansion. Chris also brings with him a wealth of experience from the transport sector having formerly held senior positions with the AA Business Services and RAC Business Solutions where he was central to the development of core, customer-focused products.

Davies said of his appointment: “It will be an exciting challenge because the standards Nexus sets are so high. As a market leader in the provision of vehicle rental supply, it is known for being at the forefront of new ideas and spearheading new thinking. I look forward to working with a team of such high calibre.”

This latest addition to the Nexus team will help to build on a successful year which saw it named in the Profit Track 100 list, a national league table of private companies with the fastest growing profit, as well as named ‘Best Daily Rental System’ in a prestigious industry award.
