Rathbones open Newcastle office

Rathbone Investment Management have opened a Newcastle office to accommodate eight employees

Led by Nick Swales, the team of investment managers at the arm comprises James Kyle, James Garbutt, Neil Minto and Christoph Atkins. Kirstie McKeown will be the office’s financial planner.

Andrew Morris, Rathbones’ regional director for the north of England said: “We consider the North East to be an incredibly important area of growth for our business, but in order to be successful, we need to offer clients a dedicated on-the-ground presence. This new office demonstrates our commitment to delivering investment expertise supported by the highest levels of personalised client service.

“Our Newcastle office is the latest manifestation of the success of our business. We now have 12 offices across the UK, with a Lymington office opening in the next month, as we continue to grow both organically and through acquisition.

“We truly believe that our reputation is built upon the calibre of our people and we are pleased to welcome such an experienced team to grow the business in Newcastle and the wider region.”
