£5m to help small construction firms get sustainable
Small construction firms in the West Midlands can take advantage of a £5m scheme to exploit growing opportunities in sustainable construction.
Sustainable Building Futures is funded by Coventry University with the ERDF, and aims to help small firms overcome obstacles to using sustainable construction methods.
The project will help firms to be part of consortia capable of winning large contracts, and be part of supply chains for the construction industry.
Free support is available to firms in construction or related sectors, and will be targeted at tackling specific issues faced by individual business on diversification.
