Liverpool ONE Achieves Silver Investors in People Award

Liverpool ONE has achieved an Investors in People Silver Award on its inaugural assessment.

Out of 147 organisations in the North West that hold Silver Investors in People status, only 29 achieved the Silver Award on their first assessment which now allows Liverpool ONE to display the Investors in People Silver logo and enjoy the benefits of working with the framework.

Chris Bliss, Estate Director, Liverpool ONE said:

“Feedback from the Investors in People team pointed out that it was extremely rare for a young organisation such as Liverpool ONE to have achieved such an accolade - this makes me particularly proud as our team has been together for less than five years and still continues to surpass all expectations.

“It’s incredible news and testament to the hard work of the whole Liverpool ONE team. We are very proud of achieving a Silver Investors in People award on our first attempt and joining a select number of companies to have achieved this in the UK.”

Sara Carthy, Human Resources Director, Liverpool ONE said:

“From the start Liverpool ONE developed a culture of teamwork, engagement, openness, performance focus and one of recognising and rewarding success. Alison Bryant, our Investors in People Specialist commented on the strength of our internal brand which has developed in a very short space of time. She was bowled over by the drive, focus and commitment of the team and obtaining Silver Investors in People accreditation is a fantastic recognition that our vision has been realised.

“Our integration with the city and how our team has become ambassadors was picked up on specifically and is something we’re particularly proud of.”

Alison Bryant, Investors in People Specialist said:

“Congratulations to Liverpool ONE who achieved Investors in People Silver on their initial assessment. This progressive organisation has a strong vision and values, which link to strategic goals, aligned to training and development enabling all their people to succeed.”
