Quorum appoint Jones Lang LaSalle as letting agent

Jones Lang LaSalle have been appointed as a joint letting agent for leading business park, Quorum.

The company’s office agency team has been chosen to work on the one-million square foot business park in Newcastle.

Quorum business park is currently one of the largest in the UK and currently houses IBM, Tescos, Convergys and Balfour Beatty.

Newcastle based Jones Lang La Salle will market the 300,000 square foot of avaliable Grade A office space.

Their appointment follows the recent restructuring at Quorum with Arisaig now taking on the Asset Management role.

The letting agent was selected following a competitive selection process, theywill work alongside joint agent, Knight Frank

Jones Lang LaSalle has put together a team to deal with the Quorum work, including staff from London and Edinburgh.
