Sage sell North American products

Sage have sold several of their North American products, including ACT!, Saleslogix, and Nonprofit Solutions.

Swiftpage and Accel-KKR will acquire the packages between them, and Colorado-based Swiftpage has created a new company to absorb the acquisitions.

The move follows announcement in February from Sage that seven non-core products would be sold.
