Key appointments at Knight Frank and Blundells
Global property consultancy Knight Frank and South Yorkshire’s leading estate agent, Blundells, have both made key appointments in the region.
Sarah Hodgson joins as partner in Knight Frank’s Leeds Property Management Team. She was previously an associate director with DTZ in Leeds, having also worked for King Sturge and St Quintin/CBRE.
Henrie Westlake, head of Knight Frank in Leeds, said: “Sarah is an extremely important addition to our team. Her expertise, experience and contacts will prove invaluable and will help to drive forward the expansion of the property management department in Yorkshire.”
Meanwhile, Blundells has appointed one of its long-standing members of staff as regional director in Sheffield.
David Vaughan, 40, who has worked for the company for more than 12 years, will be based at the firm’s flagship branch at Banner Cross, but will also oversee two other branches at Crookes, and Hillsborough and undertake market appraisals.
David said: “It’s a really exciting time for Blundells. As part of the Countrywide Group we are expanding across the region rapidly and have big plans for the future.
“My new role will allow me to put into practice some of the ideas I have for the business to help build on its existing success and keep the company moving forward.
“We have always had a very strong market share in the south west of Sheffield and in my new position at Banner Cross I aim to build further on this, helping Blundells to continue its growth through and enhanced marketing and service standards for both sellers and buyers alike.”
