Artez completes projects across North of England

Construction firm Artez has just completed its latest round of work for a series of clients across the North of England.

The North West-based firm has finished work on a number of projects including Hamilton House in Liverpool, where the company carried out a complex glazing job over the six-storey block of flats.

Artez also completed a project at Cecil Court in Hale, which commercial property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton appointed the firm to refurbish in 2012.

Work was also completed in Yorkshire on a Knottingley-based factory for Reuse Glass and at the University of York, where maintenance was carried out on the campus’ Market Square Building.

Artez is located in Bolton and was founded in 2010 by former Urban Splash director, Mike Banton.

Mr Banton commented: “I established Artez with a view to bridging the gap between traditional builders and clients.

“This means that we as a team have a cradle to grave commitment to the schemes we work on; it results in better planning, tighter site management and ultimately better results for the client.

“We are now working well beyond the north west of England and are looking to secure our first job in Scotland over the next few weeks.”
