Blundells Hillsborough activity triples following branch makeover

Sheffield-based estate agent, Blundells, has seen its sales and lettings activity triple in Hillsborough, just a month after completing an £80,000 renovation of its branch in the suburb.

The firm has given its Hillsborough branch an impressive makeover, introducing new services to the historically sales-only branch and expanding the team to include lettings.

The branch has been fitted with a contemporary open-plan interior with a private mortgage consultation office, and all staff have been trained to deliver a more personalised service to customers looking to buy, sell, rent or let.

Liz Hinshelwood, branch manager of Blundells, said: “We’re over the moon with our new-look Hillsborough branch and so far, the results have been staggering with both sales and lettings levels tripling in just a fortnight.

“Gone are the days when we displayed every property on our books on the walls and in the windows - we are now taking a much more personal approach to helping our customers, inviting people to come in and sit down with our team to discuss exactly what they’re after and find their perfect property match.”

The team has also been expanded to allow customers to view empty properties on the day of enquiry.
