MBL Solutions recruits retail SEO expert

Heather Murdoch, a retail expert who specialises in search engine optimisation has joined the ranks of MBL Solutions as Retail Internet Marketing Executive.

Newcastle based MBL Solutions works with a number of household names in retailing including Sainsburys, Caffe Nero and Debenhams, offering a range of multichannel services, covering Epos, Gift and Loyalty Cards, E-Commerce and Marketing.

Heather’s new position at MBL Solutions involves a number of different responsibilities. Her main role is to head up the MBL Digital team and provide an on-going SEO service for MBL’s corporate clients. Heather is also responsible for ensuring that all websites and e-commerce sites that MBL designs and develops are professionally optimised for the best possible search rankings.

Alongside these responsibilities, she also provides standalone SEO training for clients who wish to know how they can increase their existing website’s visibility and increase convertible traffic to the site.

Heather has an impressive retail pedigree having previously worked in management, sales and marketing roles for McDonald’s, Vintage Inns, Gamestation, Clarks and Waterstones and is very enthusiastic about her new role:
