Helping growing business buy its new home

Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors has enabled a local business to find and purchase the ideal property in which to continue its impressive growth.

Hospitality Guaranteed Ltd has recently completed relocation to its new offices at Wynyard Park. The company had outgrown its offices in Castle Eden. Victoria Brunton, of Hospitality Guaranteed, said: “With 11 people in the company now, and plans to add up to 10 more, we needed lots more space, and Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors has helped us find the ideal office building.”

Hospitality Guaranteed purchased its new offices, rather than leasing them. Andrew Beattie, commercial property specialist with Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors, recommended the property and negotiated the purchase.
