Skillen Joins Cleveland Centre As Operations Manager
NEW OPERATIONS MANAGER JOINS CLEVELAND CENTRE, MIDDLESBROUGH
Cleveland Centre, Middlesbrough’s largest shopping centre has appointed Graeme Skillen as Operations Manager. He has previously worked in management roles at Eldon Square Shopping Centre in Newcastle and Middleton Grange Shopping Centre in Hartlepool.
Skillen will oversee all services involved in the day to day running of the centre and will work closely with service providers to ensure that the standards within the Centre are of the highest standard for both customers and retailers. Skillen will also manage the technical services team as well as coordinating project development works.
Skillen comments; “I’m very much looking forward to working with the team at the Cleveland Centre as it is a very exciting time for new initiatives and developments.”
Centre Manager Debbie Anderson added: “We have a lot of exciting plans for this year including a hotel and major refurbishment of the malls and we are we are constantly investing and improving our offering to customers and retailers and Graeme is a crucial part of the management team overseeing the work.”
The 430sq ft shopping centre was bought by F & C Reit in 2011 and currently retains an average weekly footfall of 205,000.
