Merseyside-based ISP cheer portfolio expansion
Bootle-based marine safety manufacturer ISP is celebrating the launch of its biggest ever range of products.
The firm showcased their largest ever portfolio at an event on the Liverpool Docks at the end of May, on board Britain’s last remaining three-masted top sail schooner, the Kathleen and May.
ISP displayed lifejackets, Duarry Challenger liferafts and the Ocean Signal range of Global Maritime Distress and Safety Systems (GMDSS) products on the 113-year old ship.
Geoff Billington, ISP’s sales director, said: “We had a terrific day aboard the Kathleen and May. ISP has been gradually expanding its product portfolio with selected, high calibre and world renowned brands.
“This has allowed us to provide greater depth, variety and quality of service. The event gave us an opportunity to showcase our complete range and set out ISP’s stall as a leading international manufacturer and distributor of marine safety equipment.”
He added: “ISP has been a strong supporter of the Kathleen & May for many years. It is one of the Britain’s most historic sailing ships and an official national treasure.
“It provided the perfect setting to honour the UK’s maritime legacy while celebrating the future of the marine industry.”
