Exacta plc move to central Manchester address
Deloitte Real Estates’ office agency team has completed a letting at 5 New York Street in central Manchester for Exacta Plc.
The financial auditor will take the whole second floor of the building, which totals 9,500 sq ft, after a recent refurbishment including on-site car parking, shower facilities and bicycle storage.
Adam Robson, assistant director and head of the office agency team at Deloitte Real Estate said: “5 New York Street offers excellent facilities in a prime position in Manchester city centre that is surrounded by shops, eateries and served by fantastic transport links. We are sure that Exacta will be happy in their new home.”
Chief executive at Exacta, Stuart Murphy, added: “We were looking for good quality, flexible space to accommodate our future growth plans.
“Deloitte Real Estate understood our requirements perfectly and introduced us to 5 New York Street. We are sure that our employees will be delighted with our new Manchester base.”
