Leeds IT security firm make £4.2m acquisition
IT security experts Accumuli plc have announced the acquisition of Cambridge’s Signify Solutions Limited for £4.2m
Accumuli, which have Leeds offices, will acquire the UK provider of ‘Two-Factor Authentication.’
The Cambridge firm have a customer base of around 250, which Accumuli intend to cross-sell their own portfolio of services.
Signify’s customer base spans a range of industries, largely serviced by partners and resellers.

The 2FA managed security offering complements Accumuli’s market leading security portfolio and we now have the opportunity to provide additional solutions and services to Signify’s existing 250 customers.
