Gateshead IT provider celebrates record results
Gateshead-based Aspire Technology Solutions has announced record growth for a sixth consecutive year and expects to create jobs in coming months.
The firm saw turnover increase by 52% in the last 12 months from £2.5m to £3.8m, and has revealed sales are ahead of its own projections for the current financial year.
Aspire specialise in managed networks, data centre provision and traditional IT support from its current Shields Road premises, and also has bases in South Tyneside and London.
A new £1.1m data centre to be completed this year on the site will extend the base and support expansion plans.
Managing director Nigel Begg said: “Aspire Technology Solutions is a dynamic and rapidly growing company that is service and result oriented.
“We have attracted and developed a very talented and experienced team of professionals that are highly focused, ambitious and innovative in their approach to working with companies and our track record and 98% client retention rate speaks for itself.”
Sales Director Michael Errington added: “We are in the 3rd year of an ambitious 5 year expansion plan and the latest set of results is particularly pleasing as they demonstrate that we are well on target to achieve this.
“We have increased our turnover by 195% in the last 3 years and are on track to achieve our target of 350% to reach £11m in the next 2 years.”
