Mark and David bolster Southdale's North East operation
Construction and development specialist Southdale has added two new senior managers to its growing North East division.
Mark Wilson and David Peat have joined the Darlington-based team, which was established in 2007 as a base for the company’s growing regional operations.
Mark, Southdale’s new North East Business Development Manager, brings 20 years of experience in the property and housing market to the role, having worked in management and director roles with some of the best known firms in the region.
Responsible for identifying sites and acquiring development opportunities within the region, Mark oversees strategic planning.
David, with almost 40 years in the North East construction industry, has joined Southdale as Construction Manager for the region.
His post involves responsibility for ensuring the high quality delivery of construction work across the region.
Trudie McCormick, Southdale’s Regional Director for the North East, said: “Mark and David have joined the team to help us continue our development in the North East. Both bring a wealth of expertise to our business and will be very influential as we work towards growing our relationships with clients across the region and delivering housing for the affordable market.”
