Langtree grows North West portfolio
Property firm Langtree has enhanced its North West portfolio with a string of lettings and expansion deals.
The business cheered a successful deal at the Connect Business Village in Liverpool, where two offices have been let.
Marine engineering businesses Van Oor Dredging and Marine Contractors now take up almost 5,000 sq ft of space along with existing tenant Pinewood Training Enterprises at the Derby Road business park.
These latest lettings will leave 4,000 sq ft empty at the park, comprising of self-contained offices and a centrix business centre, which offers space for between 1 and 6 people offices and managed offices up to 8,000 sq ft.
Langtree’s business centre area manager, Jackie Jones, commented: “Both occupiers told us that our hands-on approach to managing the development was a key factor in their move.
“Being on-site means we stay right on top of quality and service issues and the fact that an existing tenant is expanding tells you the approach works.”
Furniture supplier, Contract Furniture UK, has expanded its space at Warrington Central Trading Estate to 30,000 sq ft.
Kevin tobin, director at Contract Furniture, commented: “We have been at Warrington Central Trading Estate since we started 10 years ago, and have steadily grown our space as we have grown our company.
“CFUK has developed a solid reputation supplying quality furniture to major pub brands and hotels across the country but we feel it makes good business sense to continue to operate from our Warrington base.”
Langtree also recently welcomed construction training firm Cornerstone Vocational Training and furniture manufacturer MAC Contract Furniture to the Warrington site.
The business operates a wide range of offices for different businesses through a directly owned and joint venture portfolio of property, with over 4m sq ft of across Northern England and the Midlands.
