New recruits at the double for law firm

Newcastle based business law firm Short Richardson & Forth has made a double signing of well established legal advisers.

Paul Earnshaw has joined the Commercial Property team as a partner from national practice DWF, and Jenine Martin has joined the Debt Recovery team from the head office of Ward Hadaway.

Paul brings with him a detailed knowledge of the region’s property market, obtained from advising on property deals for the last 20 years. Paul began his career at Dickinson Dees before being recruited by Crutes in 2005 to grow their property client base, particularly in the private sector. For the years prior to the merger between Crutes and DWF in 2012 Paul lead the Crutes property team out of Newcastle.

Jenine Martin joins the firm as their Debt Recovery Executive, bringing with her ten years of experience. Jenine had three years experience in recovering in-house debts for major utilities companies, followed by a further 7 years at Ward Hadaway, where she quickly established herself as a leading member of the debt collection team.

David Richardson, senior partner of Short Richardson & Forth, said: “We are delighted that two lawyers of the calibre of Paul and Jenine have joined us, to further strengthen our offering as leading advisers to businesses in the region.”

From its base in the heart of Newcastle Short Richardson & Forth provide a pragmatic and client focussed approach to a multitude of legal services, including commercial property, debt recovery, employment and dispute resolution.
